Eleanor grew up in Sydney on the land of the Darramurragal people. She grew up sheltered on the north shore, with two loving parents and no criminal records (so far). Lucky her that they don’t count parking tickets.

She did get several illnesses out of it all though- sadly the only one that isn’t just in her head is POTS and that one is probably her least favourite.

At her big girl job, she works in the environmental industry. In the past she might have told several people off for growing invasive weeds as bonsai, or been really disappointed in someone for not removing plants when she specifically told them that they legally had to. If you are one those people, she would like to formally state that, “I do not apologise and you should really take better care of the land that you have the privilege of being on. Literally crazy that you bought land and don’t look after it.” Wow, buzzkill much? Sounds like a bit of a legislation reader to me.

She’s gone by other monikers, namely Winter-wisp and Daekros, but eventually decided that perhaps the best name to go by was her own (that’s why we’re on artbyeleanor.com and not daekros.com).

Anyway, she paints in oils or something.
